Is professional, but fun. She's tough, but cares. She knows her craft, but she is willing to learn. She's coached some of the best athletes in the area! She's coached 3 of my children. 2 were on her team in younger years, and continue to do well in High School Track and Field. They are getting offers from colleges to compete! She has also found their strengths and built on them. She privately trained my 3rd whose goal was to pass the West Point Candidate Physical Assessment (CFA) needed for entry into the Academy. She wanted to work on her sprinting, and Coach Gail gave her technical assistance, but she realized what my child needed most was her self confidence and assurance that she 'can do this'. She texted me daily, which showed how much she cared and my child passed that CFA first time. Only 5% of the students passed this test first time around. But it was her confidence that got her through it. And Coach Gail knew exactly what to say to make her believe in herself. My family was so lucky to have met her. She communicated with me and offered more support than she ever had to.
